Mechanic says my rear brakes are fine but they feel weak to me - forresthale - 06.11.2026 Had my car checked last week and was told the rear brakes are well within limits, nothing to worry about. But honestly the car doesn't feel like it's stopping as confidently as it used to, especially when loaded up with passengers. Could the rears be working but just not well? I went through https://brakepadreplacementdubai.ae to understand how rear brakes contribute to overall stopping and it mentioned they do less work than the fronts but still matter, which makes me wonder if something subtle is being missed. Has anyone been told their brakes were fine but still felt something was off? What did it turn out to be? Maybe I'm being paranoid but I'd rather ask than ignore a feeling
