How Do You Find One That Actually Understands What a Poetry Collection Needs?

I have been sitting on a poetry collection for a while now and the process of finding poetry publishers UK wide that genuinely understand the form rather than just treating it like any other manuscript has been harder than I expected. Poetry needs a different kind of attention from the way the collection is ordered and how the poems sit on the page to the overall flow from beginning to end and not every publishing company is set up to think about those things properly.
