I've been hearing a lot about people using fish antibiotics like "Fish Zithro" (azithromycin) as a cheaper or more accessible alternative to human prescriptions. I'm curious has anyone here actually used zithromax fish antibiotics marketed for fish on themselves? Are the ingredients the same as the human version? What are the risks, and is this ever considered safe in a pinch (like during travel or emergencies)?
